Transportation

This part of Longueuil is reasonably suitable for walking; many daily needs are convenient to carry out without the use of a vehicle. Biking is also convenient in Maricourt as there are few slopes to confront bike riders, and the cycling network is extensive. This area is very car friendly. It is a rather short drive to the nearest highway from any location in Maricourt, and it is convenient to access a place to park. In contrast, this neighbourhood is not especially transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by around 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes.
