Located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Sector B is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec.

Transportation

Sector B will attract homeowners that value different modes of transportation. This part of the city is home to a reasonably good public transit system. More specifically, residents have access to approximately 20 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Walking is also reasonably practical for property owners in sector B; many daily needs are easy to carry out without the use of a car. This part of the city is bike-friendly because sector B boasts a fairly good cycling infrastructure, and it is an even ride to most locations.

Parents and their kids will appreciate that no matter where their home is situated in sector B, daycares and primary schools are nearby. On the other hand, this part of the city does not contain any high schools. With respect to food, a grocery store is generally reachable within a short walk from anywhere in sector B.
