He currently serves as CEO of Radiant Health, a wellness brand undergoing rapid digital transformation. Previously, Peter held senior leadership roles at Lyft, where he launched new regions, led the Canadian business and oversaw global market expansion, and at Elastic Path and Sophos, during periods of sustained high growth. He’s a Professional Engineer, Chartered Professional Accountant, and MBA, and brings a strong focus on governance, innovation, and impact. Peter also contributes as a board director, mentor, and community volunteer, with a particular passion for mental health accessibility and youth support.

As a board director, Sarah Miller Wright brings the creative spark of a builder, judgment of a seasoned executive, and the strategic discipline of a proven operator who’s scaled organizations at every stage. She's led customer experience strategy, operations and digitization on a global scale as COO at Manulife, shaped enterprise agility and digital innovation as Senior Vice President at Shaw through its $26B evolution, and advised high-growth startups on scaling for impact at Inovia Capital. On boards, she leans in—guiding RouteThis on leadership hiring and go-to-market strategy and steering the National Youth Orchestra of Canada through a generational CEO transition and governance modernization. Her work with early-stage ventures like Morpheo and huumans reflects her passion for emerging tech and first-time founders. With an ICD.D designation, an Ivey MBA, and a track record of hiring, mentoring, and building successful companies across sectors—SaaS, fintech, telecom, and non-profit—she brings clarity, curiosity, and cross-industry perspective to every board table, with a sharp focus on brand integrity, stakeholder value, and bold execution.

She lives in Waterloo, Ontario with her family where she spends her free time enabling their daughters competitive dance aspirations, skiing in Western Canada, and travelling to hike in great landscapes wherever she can find them.

Janice Myers is a leader in Canadian real estate with more than two decades of experience in governance, program development, fundraising and membership recruitment. Before becoming the CEO of the Canadian Real Estate Association in January 2024, Janice was the CEO of the Ottawa Real Estate Board and had served as the Executive Director of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. Janice is committed to furthering CREA’s federal advocacy efforts, providing REALTORS® with technology and tools they need to succeed, and continuing the success of REALTOR.ca. Her dedication to broader causes is reflected in her current role as Vice Chair of World Animal Protection Canada.
