Transportation

Biking is convenient in Maricourt as the cycling infrastructure is well-developed, and the area is quite flat. Maricourt is also reasonably conducive to those who travel by foot; running common errands is easy. Maricourt is very car friendly. Many houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, and it is easy to come across a parking spot. In contrast, the public transit service in Maricourt is not especially frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by about 20 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are straightforward to access on foot from anywhere in Maricourt. On the other hand, this part of Longueuil does not have any high schools.
