The neighbourhood of sector I is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of the city presents homeowners with the choice between a variety of methods of transportation. The public transit network in sector I is quite convenient. For instance, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. On the other hand, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of sector I, despite the fact that many daily needs are convenient to carry out on foot. Bicycling is easy in sector I because it is a flat ride to most destinations, and the cycling infrastructure is fairly good. Driving is also an excellent mode of transportation in this neighbourhood. Many homes for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, and most of the street network is made for cars.

Services

In sector I, parents and their children will almost always be able to access daycares on foot. However, this part of Brossard does not contain any primary schools or high schools.
