The neighbourhood of sector I can be found in the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Sector I presents house buyers with the choice between several methods of transportation. Cars are an excellent mode of transportation in sector I. It is very convenient to park, and most houses for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway. This part of the city is also transit friendly. The neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Sector I is amenable to cycling because there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave, and the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably good. In contrast, travelling by foot is not very popular in sector I, although meeting daily needs is convenient by walking.

Services

It is especially convenient to get to the closest supermarket on foot from anywhere in sector I. Residents of this neighbourhood are served by a few restaurants as well. In addition, it is a reasonably short distance to a good selection of clothing stores. As far as education is concerned, daycares are especially convenient to get to on foot from most properties for sale in sector I. However, there are no primary schools and no high schools in this neighbourhood.

Character

There is a wide selection of green spaces in sector I. To be more specific, parks are very well-located and there are a few of them close by for residents to discover, which makes it easy to reach them. However, the tree canopy coverage for a lot of streets is bad. Finally, due to the presence of few people out and about on the streets, this area is relatively quiet, although there can be more noise for those who are around the railway line.

Housing

In sector I, the majority of buildings are small apartment buildings, and the rest of the properties are mainly large apartment buildings and single detached homes. This part of Brossard also has a selection of unit sizes - notably, this neighbourhood is good for those looking for two bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy roughly two thirds of the properties in sector I whereas the remainder are rented. The homes in this neighbourhood are very modern, since the vast majority of its dwellings were built after the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed 1980.
