Sector T is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Regardless of the mode of transportation, it is easy to travel in this part of Brossard. The car is very often the preferred approach to get around in this area. Nearby highways, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, are very easy to reach from anywhere in sector T, and it is convenient to park. Owing to Panama with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, and about 20 nearby bus lines, homeowners can also count on public transit to travel in this part of Brossard. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Brossard, although running daily errands is easy. However, bicycling is easy in sector T because there are a fair number of bike lanes, and there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave.

Services

It is a rather short walk to get to primary schools and daycares from most houses for sale in this part of the city. However, this area does not have any high schools. With respect to food, a fraction of house buyers in sector T may be able to travel to the closest supermarket on foot, while others will have to use another means of transportation. Character

There is a wide selection of green spaces in sector T.
