Sector T is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Regardless of the mode of transportation, it is easy to travel in this part of Brossard. The car is very often the preferred approach to get around in this area. Nearby highways, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, are very easy to reach from anywhere in sector T, and it is convenient to park. Owing to Panama with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, and about 20 nearby bus lines, homeowners can also count on public transit to travel in this part of Brossard. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Brossard, although running daily errands is easy. However, bicycling is easy in sector T because there are a fair number of bike lanes, and there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave.

Services

It is a rather short walk to get to primary schools and daycares from most houses for sale in this part of the city. However, this area does not have any high schools. With respect to food, a fraction of house buyers in sector T may be able to travel to the closest supermarket on foot, while others will have to use another means of transportation. A limited selection of restaurants and coffee shops is available as well.

Character

There is a wide selection of green spaces in sector T. To be more specific, it is easy to reach parks from most locations within the neighbourhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover. This area is relatively quiet, thanks to the presence of few people out and about on the streets, although those who are closer to Autoroute René-Lévesque or Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est may experience more noise.

This part of Brossard experienced its biggest construction boom between 1960 and 1980, so most of the available properties are from this time period.
