Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in Westlane. The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 420, and it is very easy to park. On the other hand, travelling by public transit is difficult in this area. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by around 10 bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. The bike is a somewhat poor method of transportation in Westlane because the bicycling network is not very extensive. Nonetheless, the topography is quite flat, and riding a bike is more feasible in some areas than others. Westlane is also not especially well-suited for walking because meeting daily needs is at times difficult on foot.

Getting to the closest grocery store by walking is possible for some, but not all, property owners in Westlane. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well.
