Transportation

Active house buyers will welcome the pedestrian-friendly character of this part of the city; many day-to-day errands can be run on foot. However, it is at times difficult to commute by bicycle in Fairview as there are a good number of slopes, and the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive. Driving is a great mode of transportation in this part of Brantford. Many houses for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 403, and it is easy to park.

Services

Parents and their kids will appreciate the proximity to both primary and secondary schools, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, properties for sale in Fairview. At the primary level, there are both public and private schools. However, daycares are not particularly numerous and therefore tend to require a long walk to get to.
