On the other hand, it is occasionally challenging to commute by bike in Fairview as there are a fair number of hills, and the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive. The favoured approach to navigate this part of Brantford is usually driving. It is easy to find a place to park, and many houses for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 403.

It is convenient to get to the closest supermarket on foot from any location in this part of Brantford. There are also a limited number of choices for those who value close by restaurants.
