Located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area, Goffs is a community within Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

The car is usually the preferred mode of transportation in this community. It is very convenient to come across a place to park, and nearby highways are especially easy to reach from any location in this community. In contrast, residents using public transit may experience very limited options in this community as a result of the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. Walking is not very practical for residents in this part of the municipality since almost no daily needs can be carried out without needing to resort to a car. Goffs is also not very appropriate for cycling because there are a fair number of slopes, and the bicycling infrastructure is quite poor.

Goffs is a community to buy a house in for those who prefer a laid-back ambience. Goffs is a great area for those who don't mind a little noise, as traffic can occasionally be loud during rush hour.
