Transportation

The best approach to get around in Latimer Lake is very often a car. It is very convenient to find a parking spot. It is very challenging for pedestrians to move around in this area because very few daily needs can be met on foot. This part of Saint John is also not very appropriate for bicycling as the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and there are a good number of slopes for cyclists to brave.

Services

There are only a very small number of primary schools in this part of the city and thus they can be a very long walk away. Likewise, Latimer Lake does not contain any high schools. In terms of eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is needed to buy groceries.

The character of Latimer Lake is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere.
