The majority of homes for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, and it is convenient to park. Nevertheless, there are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Public green spaces are especially well-situated and there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover, which makes it easy to get to them. This part of Brossard is also reasonably good for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as the streets are quite tranquil - although that is not the case around Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est or Autoroute René-Lévesque.
