Character

This part of Brossard is reasonably quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic - although there are still several noisier areas, especially closer to Autoroute René-Lévesque or Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est. Finally, the greenery in this neighbourhood is prominent as there are numerous tree-lined streets. There are a few parks close by for residents to enjoy and they are especially well-spread out, which results in them being easy to access from the majority of locations in sector V.
