Roseland

The neighbourhood of Roseland is part of the city of Windsor, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Windsor metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area is very car friendly. Accessing a parking spot is easy, and nearby highways, such as Highway 401, are very easy to drive to from anywhere in Roseland. On the other hand, residents using public transit may experience few choices in this neighbourhood as a result of the low service level. Thankfully, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically just around the corner. It is impractical for pedestrians to navigate Roseland since few daily errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle. In contrast, this part of the city is quite conducive to cycling because there are a limited number of elevation changes.

Services

A portion of house buyers in this area may be able to do their grocery shopping on foot, while others will have to turn to a vehicle. Residents are served by about 20 restaurants and cafes as well. With regards to education, primary schools and daycares are convenient to walk to from most houses for sale in this neighbourhood. However, it can be very difficult to get to high schools on foot.
