The neighbourhood of Malden is part of the city of Windsor, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Windsor metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in Malden. The majority of houses for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as E C Row Expressway, and it is very convenient to access a parking spot. On the other hand, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close. Malden is not very convenient for those who travel by foot as meeting daily needs is occasionally challenging. However, Malden is quite cycling-friendly as this neighbourhood has a fairly good cycling infrastructure, and the terrain is flat.

Services
