Biking is also easy in The Elms. The public transit system in this area is good due to a few nearby bus lines. The Elms is also especially car friendly. It is easy to park, and most real estate listings are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 401.

The nearest supermarket in The Elms is typically only a very short walk away. Furthermore, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of options, and there are also a few cafes in this neighbourhood. As far as education is concerned, families will welcome the proximity to schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from vast majority homes for sale in The Elms. At the primary level, there are both public and private schools.

Character

The Elms offers a relaxed ambience and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This area features a fair amount of greenery as there are many tree-lined streets.
