Transportation

This part of Toronto will draw house buyers that use various means of transportation. Parkdale is an extremely pleasant part of Toronto for travelling by public transit. The neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. It is also very convenient for people walking to navigate Parkdale; all common errands can be run without the use of a car, and various businesses are nearby. This neighbourhood will appeal to active house buyers since it is very suited for biking. In particular, bike-share stations are rarely more than a few blocks away.
