Rapid transit stations, such as Kennedy Station - Westbound Platform and Kennedy Station - Subway Platform on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), are not particularly far from the greater part of homes in the neighbourhood. House owners benefit from around 30 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Physically active property owners will also appreciate the quite walk-friendly nature of this part of the city; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and numerous businesses are close by. This neighbourhood is appropriate for biking.

The closest supermarket in Kennedy Park is generally only a short walk away. As far as education is concerned, in Kennedy Park, parents and their kids will almost always be able to get to daycares and schools on foot. Kennedy Park offers a vast selection of green spaces to enjoy, despite its sometimes busy feel. More specifically, there are approximately 10 public green spaces close by for residents to unwind in, like Pine Hills Cemetery, and they are very well-spread out, making it very easy to get to them. In addition, residents will find that the tree canopy coverage for most streets is reasonably good. The majority of areas of this neighbourhood are very calm and quiet, but some other parts can be noisy, especially closer to one of the railway lines.
