Transportation

The preferred transportation option in Kinburn is very often driving. It is very convenient to park. Travelling on foot is not very practical for property owners in Kinburn as many day-to-day needs are very difficult to meet by walking. Kinburn is also not very conducive to biking as the bicycling network is quite bad, and the topography is not particularly flat.

Services

There are no high schools in Kinburn. With respect to food, a car is almost always required in this part of the city to access the closest supermarket.

Character

People who prefer a relaxed atmosphere will enjoy Kinburn. Kinburn is reasonably quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic - although there are still several noisier sections, especially close to the railway line or Highway 417. It is rather difficult to reach public green spaces from most locations in the neighbourhood since they are sparse. Despite that, there are a few parks nearby for residents to unwind in.
