Character

People who prefer a slower-paced environment will enjoy Corkery. Corkery is very quiet, as the streets tend to be very tranquil - although that is not the case closer to Highway 417 or Highway 7. Parks are distributed sporadically, making it very difficult to get to them from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood. Still, there are a few public green spaces close by for residents to explore, such as Rick Lytle Park.

In this neighbourhood, the overwhelming majority of dwellings are single detached homes, whereas the rest are mainly townhouses.
