Part of the Greater Oshawa metropolitan area, Stevenson is a neighbourhood within Oshawa, Ontario.

Transportation

Cars are a great medium of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is very easy to find a parking spot, and most real estate listings are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 401. In contrast, the public transit network in Stevenson is sometimes poor. Nevertheless, house owners profit from the Durham College Oshawa on the Lakeshore East. There are approximately 10 bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. There aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of Stevenson, despite the fact that many daily errands can be run on foot.
