The neighbourhood of McLaughlin can be found in the city of Oshawa, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Oshawa metropolitan area.

Transportation

McLaughlin is reasonably suited for bicycling. Most homes for sale in this part of Oshawa are located in places that are also reasonably suitable for walking; many daily needs can be met on foot. McLaughlin is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. In contrast, cars are a good medium of transportation in McLaughlin. It is easy to park.

Services

Getting to the nearest grocery store by walking is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in McLaughlin. On the other hand, there is often a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. Regarding education, parents and their schoolchildren will appreciate the proximity to daycares and schools, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, homes for sale in McLaughlin.
