Transportation

Donevan is an extraordinarily good part of Oshawa for travelling by car. Most homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 401, and it is easy to come across a parking spot. On the other hand, the public transit system in Donevan is not very practical. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. Walking in Donevan is not very popular, although many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. Donevan is also not especially cycling-friendly as there are a fair number of hills for cyclists to brave, and there are few bike lanes.
