Transportation

Commerce Valley will please property owners that appreciate various methods of transportation. Commerce Valley is reasonably transit friendly. For example, the closest rapid transit station, such as Hwy 7 / Valleymede, Hwy 7 / West Beaver Creek and Hwy 7 / Leslie with access to the Viva Purple, is generally just around the corner from the majority of homes in the neighbourhood. Homeowners have access to about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. Commerce Valley is also a fairly convenient part of Markham for pedestrians; most day-to-day needs are easy to meet without the use of a vehicle, and a variety of businesses are reasonably nearby. The bike is a fairly good means of transportation in this part of the city since the cycling infrastructure is quite extensive.

Services

Property owners in Commerce Valley typically need a vehicle to do their grocery shopping. Nonetheless, it is generally a very short distance to the nearest pharmacy, which can provide some staple foods. Commerce Valley offers an extensive selection of green spaces to enjoy, despite its sometimes busy atmosphere.
