Transportation

Driving is usually the favoured way to navigate Kelly. It is very easy to park, and it is a short drive to the nearest highway from any location in this neighbourhood. However, the public transit service in Kelly is rather limited. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Walking is not very practical for residents in this part of the city because running common errands is difficult. Kelly is also not particularly conducive to bicycling since the bicycling network is rather limited, and there are a fair number of elevation changes to challenge cyclists.

Services

It is very easy to reach the nearest supermarket on foot in Kelly. A limited variety of restaurants is available in Kelly as well.
