The neighbourhood of Fruitland is part of the city of Hamilton, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Fruitland is an extraordinarily convenient part of Hamilton for getting around by car. The majority of real estate listings are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, and parking is quite easy. In contrast, the public transit network in this part of the city is not very practical. Thankfully, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually just around the corner.
