The neighbourhood of Cootes Paradise is part of the city of Hamilton, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cootes Paradise permits property owners to get around by various means of transportation. The public transit system in Cootes Paradise is quite practical. Homeowners have access to around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. However, walking in this part of Hamilton is not very popular, even though most daily needs are easy to meet without the use of a car. A good number of people in the area use their bicycle because there are numerous bike lanes. Commuting by car is also very convenient in Cootes Paradise. Most properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 403, and parking is quite easy.

Services

A fraction of house buyers in this part of Hamilton may have the option to buy their groceries by walking, while others will have to turn to another means of transportation.
