Located in the Greater Windsor metropolitan area, Roseland is a neighbourhood within Windsor, Ontario.

Transportation

This area is especially car friendly. Most homes for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Dougall Parkway, and it is straightforward to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in Roseland is rather poor. Thankfully, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most houses. Roseland is quite bike-friendly as the topography is flat. It is inconvenient for pedestrians to move around in this part of Windsor because few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

Getting to the closest supermarket by walking is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in Roseland. There are also a few options for those who value nearby restaurants and cafes.
