The community of West Quoddy is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in this area. Finding a parking spot is generally easy. It is very difficult for people walking to get around in West Quoddy as running common errands is nearly impossible on foot. The bicycle is a quite bad method of transportation in this community as there are very few bike lanes, and the area is not very flat.

Services

This community does not contain any high schools or primary schools. As far as eating is concerned, house buyers in West Quoddy almost always have to use a vehicle to do their grocery shopping.

Character

People who prefer a slower-paced ambience will enjoy West Quoddy. West Quoddy is very quiet overall, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Parks aren't well-located, making them very difficult to reach.
