The community of Wellington can be found in the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Wellington is an extremely convenient part of Halifax for driving. Parking is generally easy. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the municipality are located in areas that are not very well-suited for walking since carrying out daily needs is very difficult. The bicycle is a quite poor means of transportation in Wellington because there is a significant amount of slopes, and the bicycling network is not very well-developed.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Wellington. As far as eating is concerned, property owners in this area almost always have to turn to a vehicle to do their grocery shopping. There are also a few choices for those who value nearby restaurants.
