Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extraordinarily convenient part of Halifax for getting around by car. Finding a parking spot is generally easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. However, commuting by public transit is challenging in Old Bedford. Nonetheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually just around the corner. Old Bedford is not particularly conducive to walking because few common errands can be run on foot.
