Part of the Greater Halifax metropolitan area, Green Acres is a neighbourhood within Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Driving is a very good means of transportation in Green Acres. It is very convenient to park. However, public transit riders may have few options in Green Acres as a result of the infrequent service. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. Walking is not very feasible for property owners in this part of the municipality because running common errands is inconvenient. On the other hand, Green Acres is cycling-friendly.
