The neighbourhood of Eaglewood is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Eaglewood is very car friendly. Parking is easy, and it is a rather short car ride to the nearest highway from any home in Eaglewood. In contrast, public transit riders may have limited choices in this part of Halifax by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. Getting around by bicycle is at times challenging in this part of Halifax as there is a considerable amount of elevation changes, and the cycling infrastructure is fairly poor. This area is also not very conducive to those who travel by foot because very few daily needs can be carried out on foot.

Services

Parents and their children will appreciate the proximity to primary schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority properties for sale in this area.
