Part of the Greater Halifax metropolitan area, Clarence Park is a neighbourhood within Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Cars are a very good medium of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is very easy to park. In contrast, the public transit network in this area is rather limited. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is usually very close. Most homes for sale in this area are located in areas that are not very suitable for walking because very few common errands can be run without needing to resort to a car. The bicycle is a somewhat poor means of transportation in this neighbourhood since there are few bike lanes, and there are quite a few elevation changes.

Services

Shopping for one's groceries usually requires the use of a vehicle in this part of Halifax. On the other hand, property owners won't have to look far to take advantage of the closest cafe. In terms of education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of the municipality.

Character

Clarence Park is a neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a laid-back ambience. Clarence Park can be relatively noisy, as can be a major source of noise.
