Transportation

Travelling by car is especially convenient in Chaplin. It is very easy to find a parking spot. Chaplin is not very bicycling-friendly as the bicycling network is quite poor, and there are a good number of elevation changes. Thankfully, a few enjoyable areas for cycling can be found.
