Part of the Cape Breton metropolitan area, Point Edward is a community within Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in Point Edward. Nearby highways are very easy to drive to from anywhere in this part of the municipality, and it is especially convenient to access a place to park. This area is not very cycling-friendly as there are a fair number of slopes to challenge cyclists, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive. Travelling on foot is also not very convenient for property owners in this community because running day-to-day errands is impractical.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this community. In terms of eating, it is very rarely feasible for house buyers in this area to shop for groceries on foot.
