Scotchtown

The community of Scotchtown is part of the municipality of Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area is a very good part of Cape Breton Municipality for travelling by car. It is very convenient to park. Walking is not very practical for residents in this area as very few day-to-day errands can be run on foot. It is also challenging to commute by bike in this part of Cape Breton Municipality as the cycling network is fairly poor, and the terrain is not very flat.

Services

Both primary and secondary schools are easy to walk to from most properties for sale in Scotchtown. In contrast, there are only a very small number of daycares and consequently they can be a very long walk away.
