Middle Cape

The community of Middle Cape is part of the municipality of Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Middle Cape is very car friendly. It is very easy to park. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of Cape Breton Municipality are located in areas that are not very convenient for those who travel by foot as almost no day-to-day errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle. Bicycling is also at times difficult in Middle Cape because the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there are a fair number of slopes for cyclists to brave.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this community. In terms of eating, it is very rarely an option for property owners in Middle Cape to buy groceries on foot.

Character

Home buyers who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere will enjoy Middle Cape. This area is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Lastly, although the community does not contain any public green spaces, parks are badly-situated in nearby communities, resulting in them being very easy to reach from numerous locations in Middle Cape.
