Georges River is a community within Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured mode of transportation in Georges River is very often a car. Finding a place to park is generally easy, and many real estate listings are a very short drive from the nearest highway. Georges River is not very suitable for walking because very few daily needs can be carried out without having to resort to a car.
