The neighbourhood of East Meadows is part of the city of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, which is situated in the Greater St. John's metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is very often the best approach to navigate East Meadows. It is easy to park, and it is a very short drive to the closest highway, such as Trans Canada Highway, from any location in this part of St. John's. On the other hand, getting around by transit can be difficult in this area as a result of the service's low frequency. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. It is easy to travel by bike in this neighbourhood. East Meadows is not particularly convenient for walking because few common errands can be run without having to use a vehicle.
