Part of the Greater St. John's metropolitan area, Bally Haly is a neighbourhood within St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Transportation

Commuting by car is very convenient in Bally Haly. Coming across a parking spot is easy, and nearby highways are very easy to access from anywhere in this area. On the other hand, residents using public transit may have few options in Bally Haly due to the infrequent service. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and it is very easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most residences. Bally Haly is not especially cycling-friendly as there are few bike lanes, and there are quite a few elevation changes. Many of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are also not especially suitable for walking because few common errands can be run on foot.
