Transportation

Driving is usually the favoured transportation option in this area. Nearby highways are easy to access from anywhere in Island View, and parking is generally easy. In contrast, this part of Saint John is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most residences are close to a bus stop. The bike is a fairly poor mode of transportation in Island View because there are quite a few hills, and the cycling network is rather limited.
