The neighbourhood of Riley Park is part of the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of the city is a very good neighbourhood for eco-friendly transportation options. Riley Park is transit friendly. For instance, rapid transit stations, including King Edward Station @ Platform 1, Oakridge-41st Avenue Station @ Platform 1 and Oakridge-41st Avenue Station @ Platform 2 with access to the Canada Line, are typically within walking distance from the greater part of residences in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is linked by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. This part of the city is also very suitable for those who travel by foot; all daily errands can be run without the use of a car, and there are also a good number of businesses close by. Bicycling is especially prevalent in Riley Park as a bike share station can generally be found close by, and the cycling network is reasonably good.
