The neighbourhood of Chief Lake is part of the city of Prince George, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Prince George metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent mode of transportation in this part of the city. It is very convenient to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway. However, the public transit network in Chief Lake is not very accessible. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close. It is very inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate Chief Lake because most daily needs are difficult to meet by walking. The bike is a rather limited method of transportation in this part of Prince George because the bicycling network is not very well-developed, and the area is not particularly flat.

Services

A car is almost always required in Chief Lake to reach the closest supermarket. There are a few options for those who care about restaurants in close proximity. With regards to education, there are only a limited number of primary schools in this part of Prince George and thus they can be an extended walk away. Moreover, Chief Lake does not contain any high schools.
