Situated in the Greater Nanaimo metropolitan area, Dover is a neighbourhood within Nanaimo, British Columbia.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extraordinarily good part of Nanaimo for driving. It is straightforward to come across a place to park, and the majority of properties for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway. However, the public transit service in Dover is not very frequent. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is generally very close. This part of Nanaimo is not especially conducive to those who travel by foot because many daily needs are at times challenging to carry out by walking. The bike is a sometimes poor mode of transportation in Dover as there is a considerable amount of slopes, and the cycling infrastructure is somewhat poor.

Services

Daycares and schools are convenient to get to on foot from most properties for sale in this area. In terms of food, a grocery store is generally accessible within a rather short walk from any home in Dover.
