Located in the Abbotsford - Mission metropolitan area, Silverhill is a neighbourhood within Mission, British Columbia.

Transportation

Silverhill is an extraordinarily good part of Mission for travelling by car. It is especially convenient to park. It is very inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate Silverhill since almost no daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car. The bicycle is a quite bad method of transportation in this neighbourhood as the area is not very flat, and there are very few bike lanes.

Services

House buyers in Silverhill almost always have to turn to a car to reach the closest supermarket. In terms of education, this part of the municipality does not have any high schools or primary schools. Furthermore, parents and their children may find it very hard to access daycares as a pedestrian.

Character

Silverhill is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. Silverhill is especially quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Public green spaces aren't well-distributed, which results in them being rather challenging to access from most locations within the neighbourhood. Despite that, there are a few parks nearby for residents to relax in.

Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing the overwhelming majority of dwellings in Silverhill, while duplexes are also present in the housing stock.
