Cars are a great transportation option in this part of Maple Ridge. Accessing a place to park is easy. On the other hand, getting around by transit can be difficult in this part of the city due to the infrequent service. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Walking is not very practical for home buyers in this part of Maple Ridge since few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. It is also sometimes difficult to commute by bike in Yennadon because the terrain is not especially flat, and the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive.

Families will value that wherever their house is situated in Yennadon, daycares and primary schools are nearby.
