Lower Lonsdale is a neighbourhood within City of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Lower Lonsdale offers homeowners the choice between various modes of transportation. The public transit network in this part of the city is fairly good. For instance, there are about 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is usually very close. It is also very convenient for pedestrians to move around in Lower Lonsdale; many daily errands can be run on foot, and a variety of businesses are quite close by. This neighbourhood is a fairly convenient part of City of North Vancouver for cyclists. For example, Lower Lonsdale boasts a reasonably good bicycling infrastructure.

Services

In Lower Lonsdale, parents and their children will generally be able to access schools and daycares by walking. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools.
