Transportation

This area is a fairly pleasant part of Abbotsford for cyclists. In particular, there are a good number of bike lanes. This part of Abbotsford will also draw physically active people since it is quite conducive to walking; running common errands is easy, and there are also a good number of businesses in proximity.
